Pineapple Power Smoothie
- **Frozen Pineapple
- 1 handful fresh Spinach (optional)
- Juice of 1 Lemon
- 1″ knob of Fresh Ginger
- Dash of Cayenne Pepper
- **Distilled Water
Blend ingredients in a high speed power blender. Enjoy!
**If using fresh pineapple, omit the water and add desired amount of ice instead.
Variations:
- Reduce or omit the cayenne pepper for a more kid-friendly version of this smoothie
- Don’t like spinach in your smoothies? Try adding a small amount of stevia liquid extract, use less spinach… or just leave it out! Spinach tastes great with savory meals… the nutritional benefits of this smoothie will not be diminished by any means if you omit this non-essential ingredient.
