Autumn Spice Tropical Smoothies

When September comes around, Pumpkin Spice everything hits the shelves, regardless of the weather. With simple smoothies like the recipes below, Autumn flavors can still be savored in even the warmest climates!

Citrus Autumn Spice Smoothie

Ingredients

3 cups frozen pineapple

1 cups orange juice

1/2″ ginger knob

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/4 tsp nutmeg

Dash of clove

Directions

Combine ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth. Enjoy!

Spicy Mango Lassi

Ingredients

3 – 4 cups frozen mangos chunks

2 medjool dates, pitted

1 cup coconut water

2 cardamom pods

dash of cayenne pepper, to taste

Directions

Combine ingredients in a high speed blender. Add ice as desired

Cinnamon Blueberry Blast Smoothie

Ingredients

2-3 cups pineapples, chopped

1-2 cups frozen wild blueberries (organic is best)

1 tsp cinnmon

1/4 tsp nutmeg

Directions

Combine ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth. Enjoy!
