Citrus Autumn Spice Smoothie
Ingredients
3 cups frozen pineapple
1 cups orange juice
1/2″ ginger knob
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
Dash of clove
Directions
Combine ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth. Enjoy!
Spicy Mango Lassi
Ingredients
3 – 4 cups frozen mangos chunks
2 medjool dates, pitted
1 cup coconut water
2 cardamom pods
dash of cayenne pepper, to taste

Cinnamon Blueberry Blast Smoothie
Ingredients
2-3 cups pineapples, chopped
1-2 cups frozen wild blueberries (organic is best)
1 tsp cinnmon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
